He incorporates boxing fundamentals, speed & agility training, muay thai, boxing fight prep, mittwork and cardio conditioning in his programming. Coach Peter heavily focuses on fundamentals and technique as the foundation for all learning and training. He is always pushing to learn more with a strong emphasis on footwork - challenge the body and brain at the same time. Coach Peter understands the value and importance of combat training.
