Coach Jake began his fitness journey with tae kwon do and bodybuilding at 12 years old followed by Muay Thai. With almost ten years of coaching experience, Coach Jake brings a refreshing and exciting approach to training with a nutrition, combat sports and fitness background. His training style is tailored to needs and goals - no matter what, Coach Jake brings positivity to all training. He never backs down from a challenge and is extremely dedicated to helping his clients reach their goals that are important to them. With a goal-oriented approach to training, Coach Jake is big on ensuring that programming is customized, adaptable and the fundamental key player in training.
