Coach Ahlia's yoga programming is designed to be spiritually sound, physically challenging and mentally powerful. With over 30 years of experience, Coach Ahlia brings many different modalities to teaching yoga and can teach to a wide variety of people. Her practice is very centered on being all-encompassing: nervous system regulation, mobility, injury, strength, etc. As writer and an author, Coach Ahlia also strongly uses language to convey movement and connect students with themselves. Coach Dana also teaches self-myofascial techniques that teaches stretching and foam rolling alongside alignment based vinyasa.
