Coach Alyissa describes her training style as “intentionally intense”. She strives to create individualized programming that is designed with progress points and the opportunity to learn something new within each workout. With a wholehearted approach of showing up for body, soul & mind, Coach Alyissa prioritizes the form and function of movements that matter in all categories of life. With a strong CrossFit and powerlifting background, Coach Aliyssa brings a plethora of knowledge about body mechanics, motivation tactics, and learning how to listen to one’s body. Her biggest motivation is being there to support life-changing programming for her clients.
