Coach Holly’s training style can be described as focused, fun and a form first attitude. She leads her training with that size of the dumbbell, weight or barbell is secondary to everything else. Coach Holly plans her programming very deliberately and to include focusing on mental and physical goals. The structure of her strength training programming includes compound movements followed by isolating smaller muscles. Coach Holly prides herself on a customized training program that really hones in on a client’s current lifestyle, goals, and needs for future self. She prioritizes the process of weightlifting and building strength - warm ups, cardio, the hard work, stretching, nutrition, and the mental blocks. Coach Holly is great to work with if new to weight training or highly experienced.
