Coach Janrad is an incredible coach with a wide range of experience and accolades. He received a BA in Kinesiology with an emphasis on fitness. He is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, NASM certified, powerlifting competitor and USMC Veteran. He likes to keep training as simple as possible with a major emphasis on the big movements and assessments. Coach Janrad’s training involves core training, balance, coordination, technique, and posture. He works through corrective phases if needed, such as mobility, stability, and any glaring weak points. Coach Janrad then implements a progression-based approach to training. He is a very technique-oriented coach that is recognized as challenging, but easily approachable.
